With around a decade of academic experience at UG, PG and PhD levels across four different
nations of different cultures, I bring resilience, creativity and different perspectives to the team.
My career revolves mainly around research, teaching, and leadership. My research work explaining international business and corporate strategy decisions has appeared in journals such as the Journal of International Business Studies and the Journal of International Management. My research interests include corporate strategy, pro-environmental strategies, mergers and acquisitions, CEO cognition, and international business decisions. I also review articles for several good-quality journals. On the teaching front, I have 4 years and 8 months of pre-PhD and 5 years of post-PhD teaching experience. Using Socratic, case study, simulation, and research-informed methods, I teach and lead strategic management, global strategy and sustainability, international business, international business strategy, entrepreneurship, and related areas at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I use a mix of case study and Socratic teaching methods. I connect job descriptions with assessments to engage students and create more value for students and stakeholders. Furthermore, I have completed a certification in "Global Business" from Harvard Business School Online. I also recently completed a certification in the McKinsey Forward Program. Further, I led the responsible business research group and the PhD community at my previous workplace. I believe we should be grateful to those who advance knowledge and create innovations that improve the quality of our lives, and I have gratitude and a strong passion for making positive contributions through my research, teaching, and leadership.
