Daniel Mayorga Serna is full-time lecturer of the Banking and Investments. His PhD in Management is from Southampton University, UK (2017); his Master in Economics is from B. Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (2004) and BA in Management from Universidad de las Américas-Puebla (UDLAP) in 1996. He has labor experience in the Commercial Banking sector for more than 16 years, involved in branch expansion projects from two different banks. Performance as Executive Account and Credit Analyst as well as a Banch brach Manager. He worked in several Banks such as Banamex, Santander, Banorte, and Multiva. In 2013, he undertook a PhD in Management and his research is focused on the analysis of strategic fit on M&As in the US banking sector, as well as to investigate the effects of the growing in the complexity of banks on their levels of risk.
