Isis Gutiérrez-Martínez is a professor in the Department of Business Administration at Universidad de las Américas Puebla in Mexico since 2006. She holds a PhD in Management Science from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris, France. She is a member of the Mexican National Research System. Her research interests focus on human resource management and information technology management. She is an active participant and contributor at international journals and conferences in her field. Her research has been published in journals such as Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Competitiveness Review, Government Information Quarterly and Transforming Government: People, Process and Policy. She also has authored books, books chapters and conference proceedings articles in the aforementioned topics. Her research has received several awards and has been funded by several grants including CONACYT-Mexico (Mexican National Council of Science and Technology) and AECID-Spain (Spanish Agency of International Cooperation for Development).
