JUANA CECILIA TRUJILLO REYES

Degrees:
Doctorado en Contabilidad y Organización de Empresas, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
Maestría en Dirección y Administración de Empresas (Programa de Desarrollo Directivo), Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas , Universidad de las Américas Puebla.

Areas of interest:
Aprendizaje organizacional, gestión del conocimiento, capital intelectual, comportamiento organizacional, liderazgo.
Juana Cecilia Trujillo Reyes holds a PhD in Accounting and Business Organization with the highest distinction, Cum Laude. She also has a Masters degree in Business Management and Administration (Executive Development Program) with a specialization in Human Resources from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla.

She has actively participated in various research projects, collaborating with researchers from UDLAP, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. As a result of these projects, she has contributed to the publication of several books. Her research focuses on gender issues, and she has participated in international projects related to quality and organizational learning in the tourism sector.
Dr. Trujillo is dedicated to her work and continually seeks to improve her teaching methods to generate new teaching-learning proposals in the classroom, aiming to assist students in their learning. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experiences with students and interacting with them in a participative environment.

Since 2004, she has been a full-time professor in the Business Administration Department of the School of Business and Economics at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla, where she also served as Academic Director from August 2014 to June 2024. Additionally, she has supported the human resources area and taught undergraduate and graduate courses. From 2006 to 2008, she was the coordinator of the Masters in Business Administration (in-person modality) and the Masters in Business Administration (distance learning). Later, from 2007 to 2008, she served as Head of the Graduate Business Department of the School of Business and Economics.
