Armando Pamplona Hernández is a Doctor of Commercial Law from the University of Navarra in Pamplona, Spain, where he graduated with the Extraordinary Prize. He also has a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Commercial Law, a Master in Government and a Master in Government and Culture of Organizations from the same university. Master in Corporate and Business Law and Law Degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
He has 27 years of professional experience holding different positions, among which stands out: General Director of Procedures in the Federal Consumer Prosecutors Office, Commissioned Technical Secretary of the TPEJF Administration Commission, Secretary of Study and Presentation Account of the Superior Chamber and Secretary Study and Account Regional Coordinator of the TPEJF. Associate in foreign trade law firms and founding partner of Pamplona Consultores S.A. de C.V.
He has been a teacher for 27 years and has articles published in national and international books and magazines, on corporate groups, economic and commercial law, due process and anti-corruption. He is committed to training and education through teaching and enjoys the interaction and exchange of ideas with students and teachers.
As of 2022, 2022 he has been an "ad honorem" researcher at NATLAW, in the United States, a research center dedicated to T-Mec, free trade and commercial law.
Since 2019 he is a full-time professor in the Academic Department of Law at the School of Social Sciences at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
