Valeria Ramirez Leal PhD in Communication and Journalism from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela in Spain . Bachelor of Science in Communication from the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas. From November 2012 to August 2014 she was Academic Director of the Academic Department of Communication Sciences, currently, she is the Coordinator of the Degree in Communication and Image. Since August 2010 she is Full-time Professor at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla and currently, she is Coordinator of the Degree in Communication and Image. In his academic experience, Valeria Leal Ramírez has been professor and researcher at the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas, in the Universidad del Valle de México Campus Tampico High School Division. She is External consultant is certified by the Secretaría de Trabajo y Previsión Social. Collaborate with the body of research " Regional Development and Sustainability " at the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas. Dr. Valeria Ramirez Leal develops as its research issues related to Cultural Communication, Regional Development, Organizational Communication and Non Verbal Communication. He has written several articles , book chapters , and lectured nationally. He has also participated as a Validator and Coder Survey " baseline and follow-up in 25 cities NATIONAL urban system ", conducted by the Colegio de la Frontera Norte ( COLEF ) in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Development ( SEDESOL); as Assistant Investigator of Socio- economic area "Diagnosis of Ecotourism Potential Semi- Arid Zone of the State of Tamaulipas " UATCOTACYT - FOMIXTAMS -2003- C -02-02 project. Actually, she was Academic Director of the Academic Department of Communication Sciences (2019 to date)
