Areas of interest:
Quantitative methods in economics, data science, environmental economics.
Martín López has a major degree in Economics and a minor degree in Statistical Methods from the University of Veracruz (Mexico), a joint degree as a Master in Systems Dynamics from the University of Bergen (Norway) and the University of Palermo (Italy), he also has a Master in Business Administration from the Radboud University Nijmegen (the Netherlands) and a Doctoral degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw (Poland).
His research interests focus on the application of quantitative methods for economic analysis, data science and environmental economics. His aspiration as a researcher is to help promote sustainable development through better decision making, based on scientific findings and principles.
