Maestría en Ciencias de la Computación y Sistemas Inteligentes, The Tokushima University.
Licenciado en Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales , Universidad de las Américas-Puebla.

Ingrid Kirschning has a bachelors degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla. She holds a masters degree in Computer Science and Intelligent Systems from The Tokushima University and a doctoral degree in Systems Engineering from the same university. She is fluent in spanish, german, english, japanese and french.

At the Universidad de las Américas Puebla she was a coordinator of the masters and Doctoral Programs in Computer Science, Director for Distance Education (2009 – 2014), Director for Academic Resources (2014 – 2015) and Dean for Global Education (2015-2022). Currently she is a full time faculty member in the Department of Computing, Electronics and Mechatronics (since 1998).
