The objective of this workshop was to reinforce the philosophy of quality through the “Decalogue of Quality with Warmth in Service,” facilitating its understanding and encouraging participants to adopt and integrate it into their daily activities.
Four sessions of the “Orgullo UDLAP” Workshop were held for Security and Traffic personnel on July 7, 9, 11, and 14, and nine sessions for Administrative and Academic staff from July 21 to 29, 2025.
The sessions were led by Dr. Luis Alberto Barroso, Dr. Martin Larsson, Dr. Nancy Arratia, Dr. Francisco Gabriel Rodríguez, Dr. Juana Cecilia Trujillo, Dr. Julia E. Barrientos, Mtra. Mariella Sandoval, and Mtra. Alejandra Serrano.
