UDLAP’s institutional philosophy is grounded in its mission, vision, and values, which guide the University’s direction and give meaning to its strategic pillars. Based on these guiding references, the institutional objectives and goals promote actions that are consistent with the values that distinguish the UDLAP community.
Mission
To contribute to the development of society by educating critical, creative, and innovative professionals who are capable of adapting to and leading in changing environments, while promoting international outreach and the development of relevant and impactful research, alongside an ethical and social commitment to a fair distribution of resources.
Vision
To be the leading university in Latin America in terms of curricula and scientific, cultural, athletic, and public policy programs oriented to responding to contemporary challenges.
