Robotics and Telecommunications Engineering graduates are committed to strive and serve society and to improve our world. The program leading to a B.S. degree in Robotics and Telecommunications Engineering at UDLAP guides, nurtures, and prepare students to become alumni who within five years after graduation are expected to achieve one or more of the following milestones:
PEO # 1: Career
Work as professionals within engineering or related areas in industry, academia, government, and other organizations and/or participate in research and development in engineering, science, technology or entrepreneurship to develop projects focused to robotics and telecommunication technologies.
PEO # 2: Practice
Practice Robotics and Telecommunication Engineering in the design, improvement or implementation of systems based on robotics and telecommunication technologies, demonstrating technical expertise, collaborating, and communicating effectively.
PEO # 3: Continuous Learning
Continually expand their skill-set and knowledge, through independent study or high-level training such as professional certifications or graduate degrees.
PEO # 4: Leadership & Professional Engagement
Achieve or maintain positions of influence with relevant impact within their organization, demonstrating professional engagement, ethical and social responsibility through proposals focused to develop products in the areas of robotics and telecommunication or present business in their professional discipline.
