*Rooms in the Residential Colleges may have different rates, which are applied according to certain specific features such as a balcony (in the room or common area), lake view, in-room sink, or location in renovated buildings. These additional costs are added to the base price and range from $800.00 to $1,110.00 up to $1,550.00 per semester. These rates will be communicated in a timely manner by this Coordination and are subject to availability.

All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).

Please remember that full-time students enrolled in degree seeking programs must stay for one year.
