TECHNOLOGY AND INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT
Regarding hydraulic infrastructure, we replaced the
hot water and vapor pipes in the Student Center and
the Cain Murray and Ray Lindley Colleges. With this
renovation we avoided premature deterioration of
the service lines, thus renovating the hydraulic and
vapor systems. Also, we renovated and relocated the
downspouts in building 9 to avoid saturation and
inundation during the rainy season.
As part of the maintenance and continuous improve-
ment program, we repaired and renovated the man-
hole covers of the electric, hydraulic, drainage and
network installations in the campus and residential
areas.
We renovated the roof waterproofing of the campus
buildings, using the safest and most efficient meth-
ods in the market.
Due to the preventive maintenance of installations
and the investment in improvements of classrooms,
laboratories, service areas and offices, today the con-
ditions of security and quality of installations benefit
the entire University community.
