TO ENSURE TRANSPARENCY AND EFFICIENT ALLOCATION OF RESOURCES, WE PREPARE OUR BUDGET ACCORDING TO COLLEGIATE STANDARDS WITH A BUDGET COMMITTEE MADE UP OF ALL OPERATIONAL AREAS OF OUR INSTITUTION.

2012 BUDGET

For the fourth year in a row, UDLAPs annual budget is prepared according to collegiate standards by a Budget Committee made up of teachers, students and administrative employees that represent all operational areas of our university.

As a result of multiple work sessions, the Committee has submitted to the Board of Directors an institutional budget for 2012 of 819.6 million pesos, which was prepared by taking into consideration the following premises:

Increase the number of new students.

Generate cash flow to maintain an investment level of 50 million pesos per year.

Operation under controlled expense actions throughout the first semester of the year.

Budget with “zero” net result.

The Budget was presented for the consideration of the Board of Directors on November 25, 2011. Afterwards it was sent to be authorized by the Board of Corporations on December 6, 2011, and finally to the Foundation, which has approved it. It is important to point out that given the quality and process for the university budget preparation, both bodies grant approval without making any modification to the Budget approved by the Board of Directors of the institution.
