As a graduate from the Bachelor of Design of Visual Information you will be able to diagnose, produce, and evaluate information strategies applied to different digital or business communication fields, with contents that facilitate and promote understanding; and to provide solutions to visual information problems in education, organizational branding, product and service branding, and social and cultural communication.

Once you have finished your study program, you will have a bachelor´s degree in addition to a licenciatura degree. Therefore, your studies will be recognized worldwide.

In addition to enhancing your entry skills, at the Licenciatura in Design of Visual Information we propose to:

  • Develop in you a strategic vision for branding campaigns, social and cultural management, education, publicity, and social network marketing.
  • Teach you vanguard technological skills that will allow you to produce high-impact visual images for different projects, both printed and digitally.
  • Develop your skills to propose strategies of emotional, creative, and innovative design through different types of interactions, both digital and physical.
  • Make you an expert in the use of written and verbal communication, as well as teach you administrative and art direction skills.
  • Foster in you logical thinking, a critical mind, and social awareness related to situations that use visual information.
  • Encourage you to participate in work teams with cultural and international openness.
  • Teach you to succeed at a professional level, with ample theoretical formation and methodologies regarding your major.
  • Has aptitude and enjoys visual expression, analog and digital.
  • Is interested to know how information is produced, distributed, and appropriated in different media (printed, electronic, or digital) and fields (publicity, education, politics, business, social and cultural communications).
  • Willing to work for the greater good and to be successful.
  • Determined to reach goals through learning.
  • Competent in the use of visualization, representation, reproduction, and distribution techniques to transmit information through computer graphics, visual identity manuals, photography, digital animation, and editorials to propose innovative solutions to communications needs.
  • Masters the creation of diverse interactive interphases – digital, printed, and physical – using prototypes to solve information problems.
  • Knows how to use vanguard technological tools in the production of high-impact visual narratives that are directed to a specific audience.
  • Able to develop information design strategies by creating visual identity manuals and digital or printed materials, to achieve effective communication with specific audiences in publicity, social, cultural, and organizational communication fields for institutions, products or companies.
  • Develops visual information strategies, creating content for planned publicity, and brand and marketing campaigns in social networks.
  • Able to organize information by prioritizing, categorizing, and labeling processes of functional contents to be used in apps, webpage navigation, and magazine and newspaper editorials.
