ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY

As a professional in Organizational Psychology, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to develop professionally, mastering the fundamental aspects of modern psychology, such as historical development, methodology, current state, employment opportunities and development perspectives.  Additionally, you will develop critical thinking by writing essays regarding important themes of this field.

 

UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE OBJECTIVES

As a professional in Organizational Psychology, you will analyze critically the dialogue and evaluation tools in human processes within companies; this will help you to diagnose and solve individual and social behavioral problems.  Likewise, you will have an accurate understanding of organizational psychology, thus being able to conduct a critical analysis of individual or collective situations.

In your studies in Organizational Psychology, you will be able to:

  • Apply the essential knowledge of organizational psychology.

  • Implement appropriate solutions for companies through quantitative and qualitative analysis of organizational psychology.

  • Evaluate theories critically and propose new lines of research.

  • Apply solutions to individual and social behavior problems in companies.

  • Precise knowledge of the technical elements that are the basis for the use of evaluation instruments and organization strategies.
