Maestría en Ciencias con Orientación en Matemáticas, Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
Licenciado en Sociología, Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana.

Candidate for a Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and Master of Science with a specialization in Mathematics from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León. Bachelors degree in Sociology from the Metropolitan Autonomous University, Xochimilco Unit, and graduate of Economy at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. During his academic career, he participated in a research stay at the Institute of Mathematics at the University of Seville, focusing on heuristic methods applied in bilevel programming. In his professional life, he worked as a sociopolitical analyst at Intelités data laboratory.

Currently, his research area focuses on the development and application of mathematical methods in social and economic problems. This includes utilizing optimization methods, data science, network theory, and computational geometry in the analysis of cities, transportation networks, and economic regionalization.

Since 2024, he is a full-time professor in the Department of Actuarial, Physical, and Mathematical Sciences at the School of Sciences of the University of the Americas Puebla, where he actively contributes to the training of new professional generations in the field of data and actuarial sciences.
