Licenciatura en Biología, University of Wales, Bangor.

Areas of interest:
ecología, biodiversidad, conservación, montañas tropicales, fenología
I am an ecologist. I mostly work on tropical mountain ecology, conservation biology, and phenology. I often work at the landscape scale, linking biology to climate change and land use. Most of my current projects are based in Latin America. I am an editor for the journal Plant Ecology. I am a member of the Accreditation Committee of the Royal Society of Biology, responsible for the accreditation of biology degrees at all levels around the world.
