JUANA CECILIA TRUJILLO REYES

Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas , Universidad de las Américas Puebla.

Aprendizaje organizacional, gestión del conocimiento, capital intelectual, comportamiento organizacional, liderazgo.
Juana Cecilia Trujillo has been working at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP) since 1985, where also have received her bachelor in Business Administration. In 2002, finished her Master in Business Management with a specialty in Human Resources conducted by the Insituto Universitario de Administracion de Empresas (IADE) in the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid; likewise where she made her doctoral studies in Accounting and Business Organization, obtaining her degree with an outstanding cum laude in June 2005. Since January 2004 she incorporated as a full-time professor at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla in the Department of Business Administration as a support in the Human Resources Department and as a teacher in Bachelor and Master courses. Additionally, she directed in total 28 theses in both academic degrees. Dr. Trujillo has been an active participant in many research projects, working along with Researchers of the UDLAP, The Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the Universidad Carlos III. As a result of these projects, she has contributed in the publication of several books, among them we can mention Study of Process and the Impact of Organizational Learning in the Hotel Chains located in Spain and Mexico, An Approach of the Efficiency of Microfinancing in Mexico and Tourism and Gender. From August 2006 to January 2008 she coordinated the Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree traditional program and the Master in International Business online degree program. From March 2007 to January 2008 he was head of the Department of the Business Graduate School of Management and Economics at the UDLAP. Since that year she became part of the Tourism Study Commission of the Spanish Association of Accounting and Business Administration (AECA) and has been appointed as Technical Secretary of the National Coordination of the Academy of Colleges and Schools of Accounting and Management (ANFECA).
