UDLAP CONNECTIONS

WE IMPROVED THE COMMUNICATION MECHANISMS WITH OUR GRADUATE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE PUBLISHING OF INSTITUTIONAL BULLETINS AND THE USE OF SOCIAL NETWORKS, WHICH ALLOW US TO UPDATE 10,000 GRADUATE REGISTRATIONS.

GRADUATE COMMUNITY

With the purpose of involving our graduates in the institution’s activities throughout this year, 10 graduate reunions took place per course of studies, prom and sports events, gathering on campus more than 1,200 people, among them graduates and relatives. We achieved more than 980,000 direct impacts through messages, 30,000 visits to the monthly electronic bulletins and in the second half of the year more than one million comments on social networks, adding 6,500 new members to Facebook, which participated with 2,800 comments and 6,700 reproductions of 34 online videos, all of them related to university activities.

We updated 10,000 graduate registrations, almost 4 times more than the preceding period. This shall allow a direct and effective communication with our

graduates, generating more accurate information for the benefit of the institution.

In the month of October, we carried out the Third UDLAP Azteca Race that united more than 2,500 racers and approximately 6,000 visitors on campus, from the State of Mexico, Mexico City, Morelos, Oaxaca, Puebla, Tlaxcala and Veracruz, from which more than 35% belong to the graduate community.

We included more than 100 corporations to the Benefit Plan for UDLAP community, which grants exclusive discounts to UDLAP graduates, students and employees in Puebla and the rest of the Republic, achieving a total of 217 alliances, 10 at national level.
