INTEGRAL FORMATION AND MULTICULTURAL ENVIRONMENT
As mentioned before, drop outs were reduced 2.9% and one of the most important factors to obtain this result is the good relationship of our students with their teachers -which in their role as academic tutors and having deep knowledge of the institutional culture- are interested in the well-being of the students; they are available to actively listen to what they have to say, and offer them assistance and information for the decision making.
Our Academic Tutoring System offers an individual service to all students, promotes the teacher-student relationship using the approach of shared learning and responsibility. It is not a remedy, but rather a specific advice to certain academic issues, and to understand the importance of asking for help to solve such issues.
