Objective

Train pedagogy professionals with solid theoretical and methodological bases to analyze, develop and evaluate educational policies, curricula, programs, innovative projects and resources in formal and non-formal systems, using virtual environments and technological tools to improve educational quality, with a global and sociocultural approach, promoting ethical, inclusive and socially committed behaviors to strengthen society.

The Pedagogy’s teaching learning process is based on competencies to integrate knowledge, skills and attitudes that train ethical professionals who can meet the education needs and requirements of the population, in a global world.

• Analyze educational policies, curricula, programs and projects in formal and non-formal systems to improve educational quality with an ethical and inclusive commitment in various contexts.
• Investigate educational phenomena using relevant methodologies, demonstrating empathy, solidarity and flexibility in the face of individual, group or organizational problems.
• Develop evaluation plans to identify improvement opportunities in educational organizations with responsibility, leadership and objectivity.
• Create educational plans considering human, institutional, sociocultural and political factors, adapting to in-person, mixed or virtual environments, with a critical and comprehensive attitude.
• Create innovative solutions to current educational challenges in diverse contexts in an efficient and creative way.
• Develop educational strategies using technological tools and digital resources to integrate information and communication technologies in learning processes in formal and non-formal organizations, with initiative and adaptability.
