Objective
The Nursing, a recently created program at UDLAP, lasts five years (including the year of community service) and grants a 95% scholarship if you have an outstanding average, according to the current study plan, so the student promotes competent professional training to acquire the skills and tools necessary to face the challenges that society demands in a globalized world.

The Nursing’s teaching learning process is based on competencies to integrate knowledge, skills and attitudes that train ethical professionals who can meet needs and requirements of the population, in a global world.
- Can apply knowledge in the holistic care of the person, family and community, considering the various phases of the life cycle in the health-illness processes.
- Apply the nursing methodologies and theories to intervene and thus help the patient.
- Can plan, organize, execute and evaluate disease promotion, prevention and recovery activities, with quality criteria.
