The Human Talent Management’s teaching learning process is based on competencies to integrate knowledge, skills and attitudes that train ethical professionals who can meet the human talent management needs and requirements of the population, in a global world.

  • Implement human talent management strategies in processes such as recruitment, training and evaluation, adapting technological changes and effectively using information to identify and improve needs.
  • Design training and skills development programs using technology and digital resources to improve human behavior and organizational relations, promoting effective interaction between employees and managers.
