Objective

Train clinical psychology professionals who can evaluate, diagnose and intervene with effective solutions through the ethical use of technological tools and effective intervention models respecting human dignity in different environments, social contexts and diverse populations, to improve the biopsychosocial, emotional well-being and mental health of people.

The Clinical Psychology’s teaching learning process is based on competencies to integrate knowledge, skills and attitudes that train ethical professionals who can meet the diagnosis, attention and prevention needs and requirements of the population, in a global world.

  • Formulate precise clinical diagnoses with psychological tests, demonstrating respect and professional commitment.
  • Design intervention strategies based on contemporary psychotherapeutic approaches, with empathy and social commitment for effective solutions.
  • Apply psychological and psychotherapeutic techniques to comprehensively evaluate emotional situations, seeking efficient solutions with critical analysis.
