Objective

As an Organizational Psychology graduate, you will be able to evaluate, diagnose, and intervene in the comprehensive development of people and organizations by applying human behavior science to solve the factors that hinder the functional state and well-being in social interaction, with a sense of responsibility, commitment, and respect for human dignity.

The Organizational Psychology’s teaching learning process is based on competencies to integrate knowledge, skills and attitudes that train ethical professionals who can meet the needs and requirements of the population, in a global world.

  • Competence in the use psychology’s technological aspects and assessment instruments through training in cutting-edge techniques and the use of valid, reliable and standardized psychological tests for organizational diagnosis.
  • Critically analyze the situation of an individual, group or organization by identifying the multiple psychological, social and cultural factors that affect them to propose solutions in accordance with the needs and requirements of organizations.
  • Knowledge of the use and interpretation of psychological tests to diagnose organizations and create an effective intervention.
  • Ability to develop efficient and creative strategies to solve organizational behavior problems and improve the quality of people's working life.
  • Aptitude to design contemporary intervention strategies, by integrating different organizational psychology approaches to address problems at the individual, group and organizational levels.
  • Skill in the management of organizational change psychology techniques and strategies to effectively diagnose and intervene in organizations.
