Objective

Train professionals in Business Administration who are ethical leaders and generators of change, capable of creating, managing and directing companies with a comprehensive and avant-garde approach. The training uses virtual learning environments and technological tools to develop strategies that facilitate effective decision-making in a global and digital context, enhancing organizational ecosystems in competitive and complex environments.

The Business Administration’s teaching learning process is based on competencies to integrate knowledge, skills and attitudes that train ethical professionals who can meet the business needs and requirements of the population, in a global world.

  • Understand capacity management and human behavior theories and concepts in organizations to create innovative and efficient projects, based on respect for diversity and ethics in decision-making.
  • Design strategies that favor an organization’s competitive development in the medium and long term, analyzing its functional areas and acting with commitment, emotional intelligence, self-discipline and perseverance.
  • Explain strategic models based on the analysis of the needs of the current social and economic context, using technological tools and digital resources to make conscious, critical and creative decisions.
  • Apply management administration techniques and methodologies in a systemic manner, using information technologies and specialized software, with an open, creative, proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
