Objective

Train professionals in Banking and Investments capable of analyzing personal, corporate, stock market and banking finances, using microeconomic and macroeconomic theories, quantitative methods, accounting, law, business and psychology. The training uses virtual learning environments and technological tools to propose financial solutions in personal, corporate, stock market and banking contexts. In addition, it focuses on designing wealth strategies in accordance with various economic and socio-political environments in a global context, characterized by digital communication and interaction.

The Banking and Investment’s teaching learning process is based on competencies to integrate knowledge, skills and attitudes that train ethical professionals who can meet the wealth management and investment needs and requirements of the population, in a global world.

  • Understand behavioral finance and manage wealth effectively, considering psychological and emotional factors in financial decisions
  • Evaluate psychological and emotional factors in investment decisions for personalized advice, using data analysis tools.
  • Develop wealth management strategies according to financial objectives and risk profile, using data science techniques.
  • Manage risks associated with assets and liabilities, handling market, interest rate and liquidity risks appropriately.
  • Evaluate macro and microeconomic factors in investment decisions and asset and liability management, using economic-financial analysis
  • Design personalized financial plans, including retirement planning, tax management and asset protection, following codes of ethics.
  • Assess risk-return of wealth strategies using technological tools and evaluating risks and returns of different investments.
  • Manage and analyze large data sets with advanced techniques, including machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence.
  • Communicate economic behavior factors and macroeconomic variables clearly, using data visualization techniques.
  • Integrate professional standards and codes of ethics in economic evaluation and market behavior, ensuring responsible professional conduct in investment strategies.
