CARLOS ALBERTO JULIÁN Y NACER

Doctorado en Derecho, Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla.
Maestría en Derecho Civil y Mercantil, Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla.
Licenciatura en Abogado, Notario y Actuario, Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla.


Doctor in Juridical Science by the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. He has professional experiencie as Civil and Criminal Law Judge. He ocuppied the positions in Puebla of Magistrate President of the Superior Tribunal of Justice, Solicitor General of Justice, Secretary of State and Secretary of Education.

He has an extense experience in education in the areas of Law, and he imparted courses in prestigious Universities. Full Time Professor and Coordinator of the bachelor in law program.
