WITH OPEN PROGRAMS AND COURSES OFFERED TO THE PUBLIC AND CORPORATIONS, WE SHARED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF OUR UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY, AND ESTABLISHED COLLABORATIONS WITH THEM.

CONSULTANCY AND

CONTINUING EDUCATION

We continue with our connection strategy with corporations and government, and this year more than 15 open programs were offered in connection with topics of such sectors. The courses offered were: logistics and international commerce, procedural law, fiscal law, management abilities, finances, higher management, negotiation abilities, public management, environmental impact, neuro- linguistic programming, sales, human resources and negotiation.

We launched a specialized course in Lean Manufacturing for the Businessmen’s Association of Tlaxcala and for the second year in a row we offered three specialized courses in export topics with the support of PROMÉXICO.

In collaboration with the Consejo Empresarial Mexicano de Comercio Exterior Sur (“Mexican Corporation Board of International Commerce, South Chapter”) and Volkswagen de México, the first specialized course in foreign trade for the automotive sector was offered.

We carried out programs directed to BASF Mexicana, Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Poza Rica (“Technologic Higher Institute of Poza Rica”), Ozono Polaris, AUDI, ING México and the drugstore chain FARMATODO, which were tailored according to the requirements of each corporation.

For the first time, we offered training services to the Federal Judiciary Board, teaching a total of 55 courses during the second semester of 2011 in matters of service quality, family and social roots, effective inquiry, and development of instructional abilities. This training was carried out in the cities of Chihuahua, Torreón, Acapulco, Durango, Morelia, Tijuana, Oaxaca, Tepic, Cancún, Ciudad Victoria, Mazatlán, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Villahermosa, Boca del Río, Mérida, Mexicali, Puebla, Zacatecas, Cuernavaca, Guanajuato, Toluca and the Federal District (Mexico- City).
