General Objetive
To reshape the educational practice in the classroom at the elementary level; to obtain a solid pedagogical, social and school management basis; to understand the reality of the sector and understand how to improve and enrich their daily tasks as education agents; to offer a more compassionate and significant education to students.
Student Profile
- Teachers, administrators and technical-pedagogical support personnel (ATP) who are in active service.

Graduate Profile
- Apply teaching strategies and methodologies in different areas of elementary education.
- Analyze and use available digital media for optimal use and impact in elementary education.
- Design learning activities, and apply contemporary design models of elementary education.
- Design a complete plan to evaluate learning and to offer constructive criticism to students at the elementary level.
- Identify action fields to implement a project and solve problematic situations in an educational institution at the elementary level.
- Promote the use of digital media to increase the quality of learning at the elementary education level.
Study Program
The Master Program in Elementary Education has a structure of 10 online courses. Six of the courses may be chosen between 2 areas of professional formation: “Administration and Management of Educational Institutions” or “Pedagogy and Teaching Skills”, and 4 from a common area. To obtain a degree, it is required to cover 100% of courses and a total of 80 units.
