As a graduate from the Bachelor of Organizational Psychology you will be able to evaluate, diagnose, and intervene in the integral development of people and organizations, applying the science of human behavior to help resolve conflicts that affect function and wellbeing in social interactions. You will accomplish this with a sense of responsibility, commitment, and respect for human dignity.

Once you have finished your study program, you will have a bachelor´s degree in addition to a licenciatura degree.  Therefore, your studies will be recognized worldwide.

In addition to enhancing your entry skills, at the Licenciatura in Organizational Psychology we have proposed to develop you ability to:

  • Propose solutions to conflicts, using vanguard techniques of this field of study.
  • Apply essential knowledge of organizational psychology.
  • Master diagnostic tools and evaluation of human processes in companies.
  • Communicate your ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Implement solutions in organizations, through qualitative and quantitative analysis of organizational psychology.
  • Evaluate the theories of this area, proposing new lines of research.
  • Propose solutions for individual and social behavior problems in organizations.
  • Feel empathy for people who require professional help.
  • Commitment to the job of organizational psychologists.
  • Willing to work for the greater good
  • Determined to achieve goals through learning.
  • Proficient in handling technical aspects and evaluation instruments, using vanguard techniques and valid, reliable, and standardized psychological tests, to perform an organizational diagnosis.
  • Masters critical analysis of individual, group, or organizational situations, identifying the multiple psychological, social, and cultural factors that affect them, in order to propose solutions that meet the needs and requirements of organizations.
  • Knows how to apply and interpret psychological tests to establish an organizational diagnosis and perform an effective intervention.
  • Able to develop efficient and creative strategies to solve organizational behavioral problems and to improve employees’ quality of life at work.
  • Able to design contemporary intervention strategies, integrating the contributions of different approaches of organizational psychology to attend individual, group, social, and organizational problems.
  • Capable of using psychological techniques and organizational change strategies to reach an effective diagnosis and organizational intervention.
